Virgin Media asked Linneys creative team to bring more excitement and prestige to their internal reward scheme. The brief was to transform a simple staff nomination card into something employees would genuinely look forward to receiving as part of the new Golden Ticket initiative, celebrating team achievements with prizes and internal awards.With Linneys specialist print facilities on site, I explored a range of tactile, high-impact concepts, from subtle premium finishes to bold, playful interpretations of the golden ticket idea. The chosen route embraced the fun and theatre of the Willy Wonka theme, pairing a shimmering gold-foiled ticket with a tactile outer sleeve to create a sense of discovery and delight.I didnt get to see the final print run in person, but months later I met a Virgin Media employee whod received one and described it as such a fun surprise, which felt like the perfect endorsement.
