Virgin Media asked Linney’s creative team to bring more excitement and prestige to their internal reward scheme. The brief was to transform a simple staff nomination card into something employees would genuinely look forward to receiving as part of the new Golden Ticket initiative, celebrating team achievements with prizes and internal awards.With Linney’s specialist print facilities on site, I explored a range of tactile, high-impact concepts, from subtle premium finishes to bold, playful interpretations of the golden ticket idea. The chosen route embraced the fun and theatre of the Willy Wonka theme, pairing a shimmering gold-foiled ticket with a tactile outer sleeve to create a sense of discovery and delight.I didn’t get to see the final print run in person, but months later I met a Virgin Media employee who’d received one and described it as “such a fun surprise,” which felt like the perfect endorsement.
