While at True Story, I worked on the early Beauty Emporium concept for Boots, an experiential in-store beauty hub designed to encourage discovery, gifting and personalisation. The brief focused on bringing a modular retail structure to life through POS, navigation and storytelling, with zones including engraving, build-your-own makeup, gift wrapping and test-and-play. I led the visual and typographic approach across the space, designing clear hierarchies that guided customers from inspiration to action, and art directed the launch campaign timed to Style Awards week. The project gave me hands-on experience designing within 3D retail environments, translating complex services into intuitive in-store experiences where brand clarity and customer flow were key.
